For a while, khetigpt's planner has helped farmers run a crop season like a project: a plan, an honest profit estimate, a task calendar, and an expense tracker. But most farms are more than crops. So the planner now plans **livestock enterprises too** — layer (eggs), broiler, dairy and goatery/meat — on the same simple, trusted engine.

What you can plan

Open "My Season" in the app, tap "+ New", and choose what you're planning — a crop, or one of the new enterprises:

• **Eggs (layer)** — plan a flock by number of birds; see eggs/bird, feed cost and an egg-rate-based estimate.
• **Broiler (meat)** — plan a batch to sale weight (~6 weeks), with feed phases and the sale milestone.
• **Dairy** — plan by number of animals; milk yield over the lactation, feed and vet cost.
• **Goatery / meat** — plan a rearing cycle to sale, with vaccination and weight milestones.

Tell it how many birds or animals and (optionally) your own rate, and in seconds you get a full plan.

An honest projection — as a range, never a fake number

Just like crops, every livestock plan shows a **likely profit as a range** (low / average / high), built from typical output and cost norms for that enterprise. The difference is price: there is no live "mandi" for eggs, milk or meat. So khetigpt is upfront about it:

• If you enter **your own rate**, the estimate uses that.
• If not, it shows an **approximate reference rate**, clearly labelled — *"rates
• We never present an estimate as a live, exact figure.

A calendar built around animal health

Crops get sowing and spraying reminders; livestock plans get what actually matters for animals — **procurement, vaccination and deworming, feed transitions, and the sale window.** Because with animals, health is the main risk, and a missed vaccination is far costlier than a missed spray.

Track every rupee, close every cycle

Log feed, chicks/stock, vet and labour costs as you go, against your budget. At the end, record what you actually produced and earned, and the planner shows you **planned vs actual** — so each batch teaches the next.
